1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToolPilot ("the Service"), available at toolpilot.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToolPilot provides AI-powered online productivity tools including but not limited to: AI professional headshot generation, PDF tools, image editing, text processing, QR code generation, and data conversion tools.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account with a valid email address
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
One account per person — automated or bulk registrations are not permitted

4. Free and Paid Services

Free Tools

Most tools are available for free with reasonable usage limits (e.g., 3 operations per day, 5MB file size limit). Free tier outputs may include watermarks.

Paid Products

AI Headshots and other premium features are available as one-time purchases or subscription plans. Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

5. AI-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all photos you upload and AI-generated images you receive
You may use generated headshots for personal and commercial purposes (LinkedIn, websites, resumes, etc.)
AI-generated content may not be 100% accurate or perfect — results vary based on input quality
You agree not to use generated content for deceptive, illegal, or harmful purposes

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or NSFW content
Upload photos of other people without their consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by ToolPilot. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

Your uploaded content remains yours. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process them for the requested service only.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Quality or accuracy of AI-generated outputs
Loss of data or files
Service interruptions or downtime
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question, up to a maximum of €100.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
