We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
AI Headshots
Full Refund (within 24 hours)
If our AI fails to generate your headshots due to a technical error, you'll receive a full refund automatically. No questions asked.
Quality Guarantee
If you're unsatisfied with the quality of your AI headshots, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either:
- Re-generate your headshots with adjusted settings at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund if we cannot deliver satisfactory results
Non-Refundable Cases
- More than 7 days after delivery
- Photos have already been downloaded and used commercially
- Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations (AI cannot change bone structure, body type, etc.)
- Poor input quality (blurry, low-resolution, or inappropriate source photos)
Subscription Plans
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. No refund for the current billing period, but you retain access until it expires.
- Yearly plans: Full refund within the first 14 days if you haven't used the service. Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days.
Credit Packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partially used credit packs are non-refundable.
Free Tools
Free tools don't involve payment, so no refund applies. If you experience issues with free tools, contact us and we'll help.

- Include your registered email and a brief description of the issue
- We'll respond within 24 hours (business days)
- Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days
